Below where you would usually enter your login information is a forgot password? link. Just click it and you will be re-directed to a page where you can enter your email address. Enter your email address, make sure it is the same one you use when you login, and a password retrieval email will be sent to your email address. If you don't find it in your Inbox be sure to check your Spam / Junk folder for the password retrieval email!
That is dependent on the supplier you are hiring from. When on the listings page, under the image is a tabbed menu and on the details tab is a Listing Attributes column. Look in that column and if you see Pick-Up Available, then you can collect the item yourself. You will be able to find the physical address of the company on the same menu, select the hire company info tab and look at Physical Address. Some companies may have more than one branch so be sure to contact them if you are not sure! The contact details for the company should be listed on the same tab.
After placing an order on the Hireitlower website we contact the supplier and let them know you are interested in hiring from them. We'll let you know by sending you a confirmation email to the address you provided in your profile. In the unlikely event that you have any problems with your order use the contact details provided in the confirmation email to get hold of someone who can help you. We act as a directory catalog that allows suppliers to showcase their services and products as simply as possible, making it easier for our customers to find what they are looking for. For this reason if you have a complaint that is to do with the product or service you hired please direct it to the company that supplied you. We will provide you with contact details, as will your supplier and if you can't find details they will also be available on the
Hireitlower.com website. We also have a rating system in place, above each listing are 'thumbs up' and 'thumbs down' icons which you can use to vote the listing up or down.

Type in what you are looking for, along with closest major city or town to your location, and you'll get a search results page. As well as category listings and search listings you can browse listings by tags, view the featured new listings as well as listings which have received a lot of viewings for that day. If you still can't find what you are looking for be sure to
contact us and we'll do our best to source the product or service for you as soon as possible.
If you add something to your cart and then decide you don't want to place an enquiry, it's simple to remove the item. We don't send an enquiry to the supplier until you decide to check out, when you can add any additional notes for the supplier. To remove something, either view your enquiry basket in your client dashboard and select remove from cart or alternatively navigate back to the listing and you will find a remove from cart button, below the listing image. Click on this button to remove listing.
Hireitlower.com serves as a comprehensive directory of hire listings making is easier for our clients to find what they want, at the lowest prices. We don't accept payment from you, merely help to make it easier to get in contact with the right supplier. When you are ready, click on the view my enquiry basket link in your customer dashboard and you will be directed to your enquiry basket listing. Here you can make any final changes, such as branch location, quantity, and Rental Start and Rental End dates, before adding any additional notes for the supplier. Once this is complete, click the Submit Enquiry... button and all the applicable details will be forwarded to the supplier.
At this stage we do not have the facility to make changes to your account details on the
