It really couldn't be easier and it's also completely free, with zero obligation. Just click the sign up to hire items... link below the login details entry fields and you will directed to the account creation page. Scroll down to the customer sign up form and enter all your details.

Try and ensure that you give the correct details as all correspondence will be directed to your email address as we are an online based business. Tick the I agree to the terms & conditions of usage box and then Create my free client account... - it couldn't be simpler!

If you cannot remember your password the Hireitlower.com website will automatically send a password retrieval email to the address you provided when you created your account. Below where you would usually enter your login information is a forgot password? link. Just click it and you will be re-directed to a page where you can enter your email address. Enter your email address, make sure it is the same one you use when you login, and a password retrieval email will be sent to your email address. If you don't find it in your Inbox be sure to check your Spam / Junk folder for the password retrieval email!

That is dependent on the supplier you are hiring from. When on the listings page, under the image is a tabbed menu and on the details tab is a Listing Attributes column. Look in that column and if you see Pick-Up Available, then you can collect the item yourself. You will be able to find the physical address of the company on the same menu, select the hire company info tab and look at Physical Address. Some companies may have more than one branch so be sure to contact them if you are not sure! The contact details for the company should be listed on the same tab.

After placing an order on the Hireitlower website we contact the supplier and let them know you are interested in hiring from them. We'll let you know by sending you a confirmation email to the address you provided in your profile. In the unlikely event that you have any problems with your order use the contact details provided in the confirmation email to get hold of someone who can help you. Contact details for the supplier will be found listed below the image in the hire company info tab.

There is absolutely no charge to setup your account at Hireitlower.com and there are also no monthly fees. It is the simplest way to browse, compare and hire online in South Africa, all completely free! There is also no obligation associated with opening a Hireitlower.com account. If you are an individual who only hires once a month or a business placing daily orders, we promise to provide you with exceptional service and a range of products and services, all without any hidden costs!

Hireitlower.com will not charge you for placing an order on the our website. We are a custom designed web portal which hopes to offer the South African consumer the widest range of items & services for hire, at the lowest prices. By offering a comprehensive directory of products and services we also offer South Africans the most convenient solution for hiring online you will find anywhere. There is no need to waste time and money browsing all over the internet to find what you want. The Hireitlower.com portal will provide just about anything, completely for free. On the homepage we have a special submit bulk enquiry link in the main navigation bar at the top of the page. Just click the link and enter all the applicable details in the enquiry form and one of our Hireitlower.com consultants will get back to you to ensure organising your function is as stress-free as possible.

Hireitlower.com is designed to make it easier for our customers to find exactly what they want online, acting as a catalogue for hire goods and services. As such, we do not take payment from you, we rather help you to get into contact with the right supplier at the right price. You do not make any payment to us at Hireitlower.com, but to the supplier themselves. For more on methods of payment accepted by your chosen supplier please discuss this further when in contact with them. If the supplier does accept credit card payment this will displayed under the hire company info tab on the listing page.

Hireitlower.com does not act as a supplier of products or services for hire. We act as a directory catalog that allows suppliers to showcase their services and products as simply as possible, making it easier for our customers to find what they are looking for. For this reason if you have a complaint that is to do with the product or service you hired please direct it to the company that supplied you. We will provide you with contact details, as will your supplier and if you can't find details they will also be available on the Hireitlower.com website. We also have a rating system in place, above each listing are 'thumbs up' and 'thumbs down' icons which you can use to vote the listing up or down.

If you have a more serious problem with your supplier that you feel we should know about, or any other comment or suggestion, let us know through our contact us page and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

We have tried to make our website as easy-to-use as possible for anyone wanting to make hire purchases online, whilst remaining completely secure. We do not ask for your bank or credit card details on the Hireitlower.com, we act as a hire catalogue rather than a shopping platform, so there is no risk of any financial loss. Payment is arranged between yourself and the supplier of your hire purchase and the transaction does not take place on the Hireitlower.com site, keeping you safe! Any correspondence with the Hireitlower.com team, and any details you supply us with, will remain completely confidential. Should you have any other security concerns please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll do our best to help you.

Certain goods or services listed on the Hireitlower.com website may be listed in a category different to the one you would have thought. If you are struggling to find something, there are alternative methods to navigate the site. You can view the full category list by clicking on the a-z tab in the top navigation bar and browse from there. As well as this, in the top right hand corner of page, just above your customer profile and basket, is a search box. Type in what you are looking for, along with closest major city or town to your location, and you'll get a search results page. As well as category listings and search listings you can browse listings by tags, view the featured new listings as well as listings which have received a lot of viewings for that day. If you still can't find what you are looking for be sure to contact us and we'll do our best to source the product or service for you as soon as possible.

If you add something to your cart and then decide you don't want to place an enquiry, it's simple to remove the item. We don't send an enquiry to the supplier until you decide to check out, when you can add any additional notes for the supplier. To remove something, either view your enquiry basket in your client dashboard and select remove from cart or alternatively navigate back to the listing and you will find a remove from cart button, below the listing image. Click on this button to remove listing.

Hireitlower.com serves as a comprehensive directory of hire listings making is easier for our clients to find what they want, at the lowest prices. We don't accept payment from you, merely help to make it easier to get in contact with the right supplier. When you are ready, click on the view my enquiry basket link in your customer dashboard and you will be directed to your enquiry basket listing. Here you can make any final changes, such as branch location, quantity, and Rental Start and Rental End dates, before adding any additional notes for the supplier. Once this is complete, click the Submit Enquiry... button and all the applicable details will be forwarded to the supplier.

At this stage we do not have the facility to make changes to your account details on the Hireitlower.com website itself. If you would like to make any changes to the details associated with your account please let us know through the contact us page and we'll sort that out for you as soon as possible.
