We have made it as easy as possible for anyone wanting to list their products or services on Hireitlower.com. If you want to create an account, click one of the sign up to list links on the homepage and you will be directed to the supplier sign-up page. Scroll down the page and select the listing package that is best suited to your business. Don't worry if you make the wrong choice, as you become more familiar hiring out through the Hireitlower.com portal, you will be able to adjust your packages/products to better cater for the needs of your customers. Once you have selected the appropriate package enter all the applicable details, ensuring they are correct so that not only we are able to contact you, but your clients can contact you effortlessly as well. Once that is done, click the Create my account... link and your supplier account will be created.
Once you have created your account with Hireitlower.com you will need to login to add listings for customers to find you. After logging in click to launch your supplier control panel and you will be directed to your Supplier Dashboard. Once in your dashboard select the Manage Dashboard button in the top navigation menu. Select Add/Manage Listings and you will be directed to the Listings Management section of your supplier dashboard. In the left menu box, select Create New Listing and you will be presented with entry fields for providing all the information related to your new listing.
If your business has more than one branch it would be worthwhile to add them so you can access a wider client base, in different locations. If you want to add a branch to your existing supplier profile, login to your account and enter the Supplier Dashboard. Once in your dashboard window, select Manage My Branches in the top navigation menu and then select Create New Branch. This will begin the new branch creation process. If you are not going to be managing the branch yourself, be sure to add a new user at this time as well.
Should you need to change or add any details related to your supplier account this can be done through the Supplier Dashboard. First, login to your supplier account and enter your dashboard. Once in the dashboard in the top navigation bar select Manage My Account then select Edit Personal Information. From here you will be able to add or edit information related to your supplier account. Unfortunately as your email address is linked to your login we do not allow you to change this from the dashboard. If you would like to change your email address please
contact us and we will help you do this.
The listing package you select expires at the end of the month and does not automatically renew. Once the package has expired your listings will be disabled and customers will not be able to view listings on the Hireitlower.com website. We will notify you at the end of your contract period and you will have the option to continue on the package you are on or select a different package, more suited to your business needs.
We value your input and as such there is no facility on the supplier dashboard for closing or downgrading an account. We will try and cater to your business needs wherever possible so keep us updated with any concerns, suggestions or feedback you have through our simple contact form. If you still would like to close or downgrade your account let us know and we will do it for you.
We offer simple statistics for the past few days, which are visible on the Supplier Dashboard. Login to your Hireitlower.com account and click the open your supplier control panel link. In the left hand column of the dashboard is the Statistics column which gives you an indication of the Number of Recent Listing Views as well as the Number of Recent Enquiries. At this stage we do not have advanced statistics available for listings on the Hireitlower.com site, though this may be implemented in future.
When the end date is reached for a listing that you have added it will no longer be searchable by anyone using the Hireitlower.com website. This means people searching for the product or service on Hireitlower.com will not be able to find and make enquiries regarding that listing. As the supplier you will still be able to view the listing in your Supplier Dashboard. If you would like to make these listings active again then you will need to edit the From and To dates for the listing.
If, for any reason, you need to stop one or more of your listings appearing on the Hireitlower.com website we offer the ability to both pause or delete a listing. Login to your supplier account and navigate to your Supplier Dashboard, in the top navigation bar select Manage Listings, then Add / Manage Listings. In the left hand panel, select Modify / Remove Existing Listing and all your listings on the Hireitlower.com site will be displayed for you to review. To disable a listing click the eye icon in the Options column and the listing will remain in your dashboard but will not be viewable for users of the site. If you would like to permanently remove the listing, click the trash can icon, and if you are sure you want to remove the listing click OK.
When a user of the Hireitlower.com site makes an enquiry regarding a product or service you have on offer we will send an email notification to you, letting you know. If you are logged in you will also be notified of enquiries in the account panel in the top right hand corner of the page. To view full details regarding any enquiries you may have open your supplier control panel and select Manage Enquiries in the top navigation bar. To view the full details of any enquiries you may have, under the options column select details and you will be presented with requested rental duration, enquirer contact details and a response form, allowing you to make instant contact with the prospective customer.
The flag button in the options column of your my enquires listings is for you to easily organise listings for yourself by assigning different colours to listings. The colours themselves have no particular meaning but allow you to group listings for easier sorting and management.
As a supplier we offer opportunities for advertising on the Hireitlower.com website that are accessible via you Supplier Dashboard. Login to your account, and open your supplier control panel, from there select Manage Banner Advertising and then Paid Banner Adverts. From here you will be presented with the opportunity to load your own banner advertisements, promoting your business, across the Hireitlower.com website.
